Hematopoietic Progenitor (stem) Cell Transplantation (HSCT) for pediatric patients with class 3 beta-thalassemia
Adenocarcinoma of the breast or ovary
Superficial papillary carcinoma of the urinary bladder
Intracavitary effusions secondary to diffuse or localized neoplastic diseases of various serosal cavities
